Long Term Agreement to build support sites for UNICEF web applications

UNICEF Supply Division (SD) works with governments, partners and suppliers to plan, procure and deliver the right products at the right time, at the right price, while driving product
innovations to meet needs around the world.
SD has created various digital applications to ensure the success of this work, which are managed within the Operation Analysis and Technology Center (OATC).

These applications often have large external user communities throughout the world and the task of supporting these communities is immense and requires significant staff resources.
Through this LTA, UNICEF seeks to take what has been done for the Primero support hub and to expand
it to other programs.
